PEANUT SOUP

PEANUT SOUP(6 Servings)
IngredientsMinced onion ¾ cupMinced celery ¼ cupButter or oil 4 dsp
Flour 3 dspCoarsely ground peanuts ½ cupVeg. Stock 3 cupsMilk ½ cupSalt Lime juice 3 dspMethodSaute the the onionsand celery in butter. When the onions turn colour. Add the flour and stir well. Remove from fire, pour in the milk and dilute it smoothly so as not to form lumps. Add the stock and put back on fire, stirring until it thickens slightly. Season it with salt, lime juice and the peanut powder. When serving sprinkle a few broken peanuts.
