Brown Soup

Brown Soup (4 Servings)
Ingredients
Minced onions ¾ cup
Potato minced ½ cup
Butter or oil 1 ½ dsp
Chopped tomato ¼ cupVeg. Stock 2 cups
Salt and powdered pepper to taste
Method:
Fry the onions in the butter till golden brown. Add the potato and the tomatoes and stir well. Pour 1 cup of water and cook the potatoes. Press through a sieve or liquidize and mix with the stock. When ready to serve, heat well and season with pepper and celery salt if available.
