FRENCH ONION SOUP

FRENCH ONION SOUP (4 Servings)Ingredients
Onions 400 gms
Butter 3 dspVeg stock 2 cups
Or2 soup cubes with 2 cups waterPepper a pinchCrisp toast 4Grated cheese 8 dspTomato puree 1 dsp
MethodSlice the onions and fry them in butter. Add tomato puree, stock and seasoning. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Place a toast in each bowl, pour the soup over it and sprinkle 2 dsp of grated cheese in each.
